Morning Composition

The morning of February third was the worst morning of my life. I woke up and immediately had the impulse to shut my eyes and lay back down. But I didn't, I hobbled like a zombie down the hallway and half fell into my shower. After the shower I crawled to my room and started throwing my things into my bag while grunting and hitting the various items around my room. I  practically leaped down the stairs, half dressed with  toothpaste still in my mouth. I grabbed a clif bar and lugged all my junk into the car. It was six fifty-two and I had to be at the school at seven. When my dad started driving it was clear I was gonna get there on time. I showed up to school to weight lift at seven and was on time. I guess the morning wasn't so bad after all.

Strange Fruit Response Paragraph

Billy Holiday was trying to point out how cruel to black people the southerners were, and how out of place racism was in the South. In the second stanza the author atlernates between good lines and bad lines. I think she is doing this to emphasize the atrocity of the situation. She also calls the dead bodies strange fruit. This is very strange, I think she is trying to show how out of place the lynch's were.

Vocab Story #1

One day Simon was walking to Subway. He was crossing the street when tiggy accelerated her semi-truck and ran him over. Permanently maiming him. He was laying on the street with no hope and many broken bones when suddenly he was enlightened on how unhealthy Subway was. So using his thumbs (the only non-broken bones in his body) he crawled home. He would never go to Subway again because of the horrible food there. When he arrived home there was a very familiar semi-truck in the driveway. He crawled into his house and was met by an innocouos tiggy meditating in front of the door. Simon attacked tiggy with all he had, just his thumbs. Sam, who was sleeping upstairs, heard the commotion and walked downstairs to find tiggy masquerading as a pro wrestler and body slamming the very broken Simon. Sam mustered up all his aplomb and punted tiggy up into the sky. She went so high she began to burn while exiting the atmosphere. She burned away until all that was left was the bun. The vicious reign of the Tig-Masta-Phunk was ended.

Harlem Rennaisance #1

The Harlem Rennaisance transformed African Americans from the "Old Negro" to the "New Negro" in the 1920's. Many more African Americans were educated and stood up for themselves than times before. Part of the reason this transformation happened was because of a rise in creative black writers, called by Charles Spurgeon Johnson to gather in New York to fight racism with their words. Paragraph 2

Miley Cyrus has disappointed to her father because of her recent actions. She has killed all hope for her and wrecked her career with her outrageous actions. In 2013 she twerked her way to failure in her crazy VMA performance. In 2011 she was tested for STD's, the test revealed that she has every STD ever known and a few new ones. She has horrible music that makes blind old men cry. Then they become suicidal and violent, thrashing around and killing everything in reach until the music stops and then they go into a coma until the end of time. Her VMA performance made many Americans puke on their televison screens. She has shown signs of insanity and should be locked up in an asylum where she can twerk on non responsive deaf, blind, and mute patients for the rest of her days.
